So I spent many years in this house that I really think thT the person who gets to buy or rent it will be so happy like I have been .

House very white in contrast with the green of the pines and grass and the blue sea water.
the view in that height (2 feet above street level) makes the sight is lost in the infinite. Peace and quiet moments during the whole year make that this space is very charming and special place where you can taste a family atmosphere.

On the other side, walks either along the beach, countryside, pinetrees are or even the golf course make you find in any moment a different landscape, even the sunsets.
This house blesses the morning with the sunrise and thanks him with the sunset.
Why I say this: because I'd like that the person who decided to live there had the chance to taste at every minute the atmosphere that is necessary for our life.
