Wellington is the capital of New Zealand. A beautiful small city situated around the harbour. Our house is 5 minutes from central Wellington on a hill with harbour view.
Garage at ground level, next level up has 2 bedrooms and bathroom, top level has open plan living area. Both levels have a deck. Flower & vegetable gardens with many young fruit trees. Car available. Good bus service at end of driveway.
