Spacious home with office in beautiful coastal community 1.5hrs from ferry to Vancouver & 3hrs to Victoria. Campbell River (30,000) is a beautiful, friendly community on the water, just 30 minutes from Mount Washington. Ski in the morning and golf in the afternoon. Area is well known for its parks, hiking, biking, kayaking.

Our home is 3 years old, 2200 square feet, 3 double bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 1 bunk beds), large office (with treadmill), high speed internet. Master bedroom with ensuite (jacuzzi tub). 2 decks - front and back, friendly neighbors, gardening an option. Bikes, camping gear, kayak all available.

We are open to spending 1 - 16 weeks sometime between May and Sept . Dates and times are flexible... alloffers considered.
