New modern house 160m2 in a quiet suburb, very comfortable, with pleasant garden and nice swimming pool, close to the Alps, Italy & Switzerland.
Easy acces to Lyon, Highways to Grenoble, Chambéry or to the South.
Lyon Saint Exupéry airport and TGV train station are 15' by car.
Driving to shopping centers is about 5'.
Nice little farmers market take place every wednesday and saturday in Chassieu and every sunday in Genas (nice to do by bicycle).
We have had homes exchanges in San Francisco Chicago and Washington DC ... and also in France !
