Our house is built in and we have beautiful tour areas in the neighbourhood and around the region.Our house is
modern decoratet with a fireplace, 37" lcd tv, Playstation3, kitchen with all appliances and everything else you need.
Lake with a little beach in walking distance, 10min drive to nice sandy beaches, 5 min drive to the local foodstore, 10min drive to the local centrum with shops, restaurants, cafè, post office++ 20min drive to Kristiansand centrum, 30 min drive to kristiansand Dyrepark (themepark http://www.dyreparken.no/om-oss/Spraak/Kristiansand-Zoo-and-Amusement-Park/ ), 40 min drive to the airport, 50 min drive to waterpark (. 3 hour drive to Stavanger(4th largest city in Norway) 5 hour drive to Oslo (capital)
