Newly built completely modern home in family-friendly suburb.
Our home consists of 3 bedrooms over two levels (the upstairs being the children’s area) with 1 Queen, 1 single, 1 bunk and 1 cot share (which can be converted into a small bed) and a futon couch that can be unfolded to a double. There are 3 living areas including a large playroom area upstairs. Our children have many toys to share, as well as bikes, a trampoline and sandpit.

Our children's ages are 6,4 and 2 and are well behaved. We will, of course, look after your home to the high standards we do for our own.

Walk to takeaway, bakery, newsagents, and shops as well as scenic bike/walking tracks. There are also some top-rated golf courses in the area. Two parks/playgrounds are only a couple of minutes walk, with a football field/playground/bbq/ state forest about 10mins walk.
Quick freeway access to city centre, museum, art gallery, zoo, and more locally Warrandyte river and countryside, and the famous Yarra Valley wine and gourmet produce region.
We are centrally located for full day trips such as exploration of Phillip Island, Puffing Billy or skiing in Mt Buller. If you prefer a train trip, the station is only a 5min drive and a bus stops at the end of the street.

We are happy to do non-simultaneous exchanges also and will promptly reply to all offers.
We are looking for one week accommodation in the Gold Coast/Brisbane/Sunshine coast are in July .
Are open to other Australian offers in as well.

We are also planning a longer trip to UK/Europe in June/July .
