Quiet rural 17th century home in central England yet close to motorway network. Our home is of historical interest but is now fully modernised. It is in a great location in a countryside setting yet close to places like Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon and Cotwalds. Easy drive to local airports with cheap flights to Europe.
We are working in Auckland for at least 4 months from May 09, so are looking for an exchange. We have previously lived on the North Shore for two years and love it. So, are looking for similar location with easy access to CBD, seaview would be wonderful. Although we do not have a boat we would love to exchange with someone who does. We would appreciate access to use a 9-12 metre sailing yacht. We have chartered in NZ several times and in the Mediterranean. We are both qualified with UK and NZ standards.
