House is over 100 years old, yet modern. Only 15 minute drive to San Francisco, however public transit (ferry, train or bus)is also available and easy. Walking distance to great shopping, eating and movie theatre etc. Ten minute walk to beach and view of San Francisco. Day trips possible to Montery and Yosemite.
