Lake Havasu, Arizona is a year round resort. The condo is located less than five miles from the London Bridge and the lake. Boating is available at the lake. In addition, driving time is approximately one hour from the Blue Water Resort Hotel and Casino, one hour forty-five minutes from Laughlin, Nevada, (with several casinos), approximately two hours to Las Vegas, Nevada, 4-5 hours to the Grand Canyon, and 4-5 hours to Death Valley, Calif. It is also located about a three-hour drive to Phoenix, Arizona, which has a Major League Baseball team in the spring and summer and a National Football team in the fall and winter.
