Lovely house in quiet professional family area. Lady Bay is very friendly with lots of young families and excellent facilities for children. The centre of England, 1 hr 50 mins from central London, near the beautiful countryside of the peak district & very close to national water sports centre, Nottingham Forest football ground, Trent Bridge cricket ground, and number of rowing and sailing clubs. Excellent local amenities - shops, pub, cafes, playgrounds, skateboard park. 10 mins walk to central West Bridgford with more local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, and 15 minute bus ride to centre of Nottingham - Nottingham Castle, Tales of Robin Hood Visitor Centre, National Ice Stadium, and one of best shopping cities in the Country. We are 30 minutes bus/drive from East Midlands Airport. We have an allotment at the bottom of the road and you are welcome to any fruit and veg in season!
