200 sq meters Penthouse on the seafront right on top of Dublin marina, Dun Laoghaire. The living room offers a 180 degree view of Dublin bay from the 5th floor. Right beside our house the "Dart" brings you to the city centre in 20 min and runs along the coast for most of its journey. This stretch of coast is called “the Golden Mile”, with its beautiful scenery, some of the best restaurants in town around you, cinema, theatre, the Organic Sunday Market in Peoples park.
