Lovely 1BR apartment located on quiet, tree-lined 15th Street, just off Fifth Avenue one block from Union Square park (see map link below). Full amenities in building (doorman, concierge, laundry, etc).

10th floor apartment, good kitchen and closet space (with built in shelving). Large windows, good light.

The apartment is in one of the most desirable and convenient locations in all of Manhattan. It is in Union Square, bordering upon Greenwich Village and the West Village. All major subways are within 2 blocks. There is a drugstore and grocery store in the building, and great restaurants, nightlife and shopping in the area.

I am interested in spending two months in Paris this summer, starting as early as late May. I would also like to spend one week in London during this time. I may also be open to other locations at a later date.
