**WE NOW HAVE AN EXCHANGE FOR CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR**
Cremorne Point is one of the most beautiful spots in Sydney. Our third-floor flat has amazing harbour views, including the opera house and harbour bridge. We front onto a reserve which has one of the city's prettiest walks, and a regular ferry service takes 10 minutes to get into the city centre, to shops, museums, theatres, restaurants etc. This is one of the best spots to see the New Year's Eve fireworks, you can watch from our window. Only catch is we need to exchange with a home in or near Coventry - Kenilworth, Warwick, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Leamington, nowhere more than 20 minutes drive away (ie not Birmingham). We would need to stay there from December 12 until December 27, but you would be able to stay at our place from December 10 until January 4 (nearly 4 weeks). We have not done a direct homeswap before but have sublet other people's places and can provide good references. We can pretty much guarantee you'll love this place - we've been here for nine years. Jacqui is 39, Mark is 46, we are both professionals with full-time work.
