Large spacious home with pool, sport court and lush garden in an area of mature homes, 20 minutes from beaches on the Pacific coast, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego.

We have an exchange in Europe in summer so WE ARE NOT SEEKING ANY OTHER INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES THIS YEAR.

We have two affectionate but cowardly cats; exchangers must be cat-lovers.

Our house has big airy rooms, and two master suites. We have satellite TV and DSL internet connection. Gardeners and pool service come every week, housecleaners every two weeks. We have two cars available, one an automatic.

San Diego is a world-renowned destination with great attractions, beaches, and wonderful restaurants in every price-range. Our home town, Poway, is known as the 'city in the country'. We have excellent shopping and restaurants of every kind in easy reach, as well as loads of golf, water sports, beaches, hiking, and birding.
