Our house is a terraced house with a small garden at the border of Germersheim. The photos give you an impression of what it looks like.

Germersheim is a small university town near the River Rhine about 15 km south of Speyer. Our house is situated near a forest and in about 2 km distance of the Rhine.

The surroundings are perfect for cycling. You can pass hours cycling safely in beautiful surroundings on bike paths without seeing any motorised traffic (cycles available at our house). People who prefer hiking will like the Pfälzer Wald (about 30 km) with its castles and the Black Forrest (60 km).
Heidelberg (35km ), Karlsruhe (30 km) and Speyer (15km) are worth a day out. The Alsace in France is close to our place, it's only 40 km till Wissembourg. Germersheim belongs to one of the areas in Germany with the highest amount of sunny weather. It's quite hot during summer and doesn't rain often.

Since we have three kids (Leonie 18 yrs, Daniel 16 yrs and Selma 10 yrs), we prefer to change with a family with kids. And since we have two outdoor cats it would be nice to change with a family with pets.

Our neighbours are very friendly and will you help you with anything you need.
