Modern home in a rainforest setting, 7klms drive to the
stunning beaches of mooloolaba & maroochydore where surfing, fishing, sailing, scuba diving and just relaxing is all on offer.
Brisbane is 90 klms south and we are a 20min drive from the famous Australia Zoo and 3 hours south of Frasier Island.
The Sunshine Coast has fabulous restaurants that we highly recommend. The hinterland is magnificent and has a wide variety of activities to choose from.
We have our own Sunshine Coast Airport and are also just 50 min drive from Brisbane International Airport.
Our car is a Manual Mitsubishi Pajero.
Our home is 6 years old and newly renovated. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2 living areas. A large open plan kitchen. We have 3 decks, two attached to the house and one in the back garden. The house is newly tiled, decorated and very clean.
We are first time exchangers! But please do not let this put you off. We have relocated after spending 10 years in London, England. We spent that time working and travelling 53 countries. We love life and enjoy fine wine and skiing.
