Beatiful grade II Georgian townhouse on 5 floors. Fully modernised. Town centre location. All amenities. Lots to do. London/York 1 hour by train.
The house is comfortably furnished with a sitting room on the ground floor. Across the hall (Jukebox) is the diner attached to a separate kitchen with gas / electric cooking. Fridge freezer, microwave , dishwasher & washing machine. Leads out onto patio with secluded & quiet Mediterranean style garden. Up 3 steps & thru garden to secondary patio area to catch afternoon sun. Gate to rear & car parking.(Private Road)
Downstairs is a fully modernised basement with tumble dryer & double bed settee & TV/DVD.
On the first floor is another sitting room with TV/DVD and seating for 6. Across the hall (www broadband connection) are separate bath/WC and Shower/WC.
Up again to 2 double bedrooms. On the top floor is a ladies dressing room.
Neighbours are really friendly & helpful. Grantham is a mid-size market town (every Sat). Main line train is only 15 mins walk. Loads of pubs & restaurants & shops in area. Many tourist attractions nearby.
