Maisonette-Appartment with 150 square meters; big sunny garden with 700 square meters;

Rich Choice for activities and culture like several baths, thermal-baths, lake, zoos, fun-parks, wildlife-parks, musees, theatres, castles.

Excellent connection to
near to Bonn (UN and former capital of germany) 20 Min., Cologne 45 Min. and Frankfurt 90 Min.; Nürburgring 50 Min.; Heidelberg (2 hours); 40 minutes from Airport Köln/Bonn, 3h to Paris,London.

The house includes 2 appartments. Ours is in the frontside with a direct access to the garden. There is also an old woman living in the 2nd appartment with here own terrace.
