Beautiful wooded retreat in a quiet neighborhood, yet
only minutes from Berkeley's center, 1/2 hour from San Francisco, and an hour to California's wine country
Comfortable family home atop the Berkeley Hills with beautiful views through the redwoods of parkland and a small lake. Our house borders Tilden regional park, walking distance to a lake with sandy swimming beach, merry-
go-round, miniature trains and many hiking trails. We have completely renovated the bedrooms and bathrooms, adding many windows and tile counters, baths and showers. Our 2700 sq ft home borders open countryside yet we are only 7 minutes by car to downtown Berkeley for great restaurants, bookstores, and the University, and only 30 minutes away from San Francisco.
We'd like to visit Hawaii and/or Lake Tahoe in summer
