52 m2 house, in the rural area. Vale do Capão is a valley located in Chapada Diamantina, Bahia. It is a place known by its trekkings thorough mountains, rivers and waterfalls. One of the 5 best trails of the world, Vale do Patí, starts from here.
The house is made of wood. One bedroom with a double bed and also a sofa-bed in the living room.
The house is located in a 9.000 m2 field. With a small river on the back.
There is another house in the same address. I live in one and I rent the other. They are exactly the same.
