Swap homes with us?

our house is 240 square metres large with a nice garden full of vegetables and fruit trees.
Downstairs is our mum´s place. Our visits stay upstairs. We have a barbeque place outside, a very friendly golden retriever and her best friend - cat. Our friend smoke on the balcony, not in the house. 4 bicycles are provided, also x-box games, a plasma TV, a wi-fi connection.
