Small, mountain town located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, 30 minutes from downtown Denver and 60-90 minutes from Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado Springs etc (make for great day trips). Denver offers a wide variety of entertainment - art museums, zoo, science museum and night life. Colorado offers lots of hiking and mountain biking. Comfortable home nestled in the pines with a trampoline, tetherball, deck with barbeque, outdoor hot tub, wi fi and cable tv. Local wild life includes fox, deer and elk. Minutes walk to open space for hiking and biking. Local restaurants and supermarket.
