1300 square foot luxury condo/townhouse in Carefree, Arizona overlooking famed golf course with high country desert mountainscape in the background. One bedroom with king bed, 2 bathrooms, terrace, kitchen, dining and living area with electric fireplace and two comfortable sofas. Once part of a resort community it has a clubhouse with beautiful pool and jacuzzi. It has a close proximity to Scottsdale/Phoenix area and the largest concentration of 4 and 5 star resorts in the US. We are 1 hour to Sedona area, 2 hours to Grand Canyon, 1.5 hours to snow skiing, 3 hours to beaches on Sea of Cortez in Mexico, 3 hours to California. Activities in the Carefree area include hot air balooning, jeep back country tours, world class hiking and biking trails, lakes and fishing nearby, wine/art festivals, horse back riding, shopping, fine dining and night life in nearby Scottsdale.
