Townhouse (two storied) ideally situated between the city and the most trendy suburb - 5-15 mins walk either way.
Two bedrooms (q and d) two bathrooms plus large couch in another area sleeps one. Sitting room, sun room, dining/library/music, large kitchen with sitting area adjacent, laundry/garden room. WiFi etc. Gardens (small) front and back (back is kitchen garden)plus large shared garden that is solely available to the townhouses in the square with many trees, including fruit trees. Handy ferries to the islands of the gulf, local and intercity buses and shopping yet quiet residential area. Older but reliable car available for further journeys if required.
