Modern home in popular vacation area of British Columbia, Canada, only 4k from beach & downtown area. A bird sanctuary is 0.5km away. Extensive bike, hiking and cross country ski trails are also close by. The area is known for its scenic beauty centered on the large Shuswap lake. Fishing and boating are popular pastimes in the area. A canoe and one bike will be at the house, boat and bike rentals are available in the town. The nearest airport is in Kelowna, about 75 minutes to the south.
