Our extensively renovated and much admired home is light, airy and spacious with an emphasis on comfort. We can offer you 3 large bedrooms (queen size beds), 2 bathrooms (one en suite, the other with large spa bath), study (or 4th bedroom), separate television den and large open plan kitchen, dining and living room. We have designed the house to fully utilize indoor/outdoor living and large bi fold doors open to the garden and outdoor living areas from various rooms.

Christchurch is known as the Garden City and has something for all - extensive inner city public gardens and parks, beaches, golf courses, 19th century buildings, contemporary galleries and many restaurants and wineries. We are ideally situated as being the gateway to the spectacular attractions and scenery of the South Island within a 1-6 hour radius of our home.
