Swap homes with us?

This lovely, modern home is located on 1.3 landscaped acres and is 500 feet from a quiet bay beach in the village of Amagansett, NY.

The water at the bay beach is shallow and calm so it's great for kids. The ocean beach is located 1.5 miles from our house.

There is a car located at the house which can be included in the swap. It has a parking permit which will be required to park at the ocean beach.

We also have a 2 bedroom apartment in Manhattan which will be available as part of the exchange. The last 2 photos are of the apartment.

We would like to visit the lakes region of Italy, Tuscany or the south of France.
