Our flat (140sqm) is a good base to walk/drive from/to tourist/historical centre of Berlin! The historical bath "Strandbad Wannsee" (with beach) 30min. by car.
To the "Berliner zoo" 15 min. by foot! Many restaurants, shops, playgrounds 3 min.!
We have a old cat when you like it you can care for her.
