Large second floor lounge,large family kitchen/ dinner fully equiped with dishwasher,washing machine, dining suite and couch. Medium sized rear garden, backing on to woodland and field. Tram/bus 3 mins walk. Liverpool, city of Culture 15 miles. Manchester bars/theatres/shops 3 miles. Cheshire 30 minutes away and stunning lake District one and a half hours drive.
