We live 35km south of Vancouver,B.C. within walking distance to Crescent Beach. There is shopping close by. We are close to the U.S. border and Seattle is a 2 hour drive. Our house is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The back garden is private with a patio. and BBQ. Vancouver is rated as the best city in the world to live in and has the ocean and the mountains. There are many fine restaurants and shops. We also have a waterfront home on Pender Island, which is located close to Vancouver Island.
