Brand new wooden house built in 2004, quiet road, right next to forest, close to Aarhus, close to beach. No smoking. Public transport, car preferable. Lovely walks in the area, beautiful views of lake and sea. Culture, music, cafés, museums, historical sights, city life, if weather is bad - forest and beach if weather is good! 100 km to Legoland. 40 km to beautiful nature of Djursland. Lots of attractions in and around Aarhus, but no big city stress. Oh, and the queen attends service in the cathedral on Sundays during summer holiday!
