We live with our 3 children age 12 16 and 18 in this 190m2 villa situated very close to the Aarhus city centre and the big forest park area the beach and marina. Wiew the house at our homepage.
The villa is a beautiful piece of 1950’s architecture with intimate connection to the closed green garden (Perfect for small children) with tall trees and a sunny terrasse Living rooms with open and closed fireplaces Scandinavian modern furnishing wooden floors 2 friendly outdoor cats that needs no special attention. The cultural city has several high class museums theatres sports arenas attractive shopping area charming amusement park for all ages tennis court and horse racing stadium All in walking or short bicycle distance from our house Only 200 m from park/forest area leading up to the Queens summer residence Excellent for biking or jogging

Almost any place in Denmark can be reached in an hour or two including the sandy west coast old castles the Legoland Park and the house of HCAndersen

We would like to spend about a week or two in California in july We can also offer a mixed exchange with one week in our house in Aarhus and one week in our summer house at the north sea coast
