An exchange to European countries -Spain (mid March to mid May)- Denmark mid May to mid June . Our home is 2100 sq feet on the waterfront. It covers 3 floors on a terraced lot. Each principal room has a beautiful views of the Gorge. The Gorge (which is a waterway which flows into the inner harbour and the Empress Hotel) provides excellent walks, shops and golfing. It is within easy biking distance from downtown Victoria.
