Our ocean view home is on Vancouver Island, once again rated the #1 Island in the Pacific to visit or live! Our home overlooks Departure Bay. From our magnificent view you can see the start of the Canadian Gulf Islands, and at night view the lights of Vancouver.

We truly live in one of the most beautiful spots in all of Canada.

You will find our executive home very comfortable, with all the modern conveniences. We have 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with family room, laundry room, living room, dining room and TV room with large screen TV on the main level. On the lower level there is a large bedroom and bathroom with a chair-lift to the upper level as well as an office and wine room.

You can visit Whistler (the site of the Winter Olympics), Victoria, the Capital of B.C., and the wilderness of northern Vancouver Island, where your chances of seeing bears and whales are excellent, all in day trips from Nanaimo.

We are surrounded by a multitude of Golf Courses, which are open all year. If you wish to visit in our winter, Mt. Washington (www.mountwashington.com) is only 1 hour drive away, and is an excellent ski resort. Nanaimo has the highest average temperature in all of Canada.(www.bcadventure.com)
