Swap homes with us?

We are looking for a 3 to 4 weeks exchange in Eastern Australia for late .
We are open to mutual offers re the timing.
We offer a well maintained modern home, 20 mins from Perth CBD, 10 mins from historic Fremantle Port.
Many tourist attractions, close to public transport & excellent shopping.
Great beaches. Easy access to Sth West corner of West Australia.
We are open to negotiating times for exchange and would consider a different time stay.
Basically we want to visit the Eastern seaboard of Aust for around 3 to 4 weeks, maybe longer.
We have a choice of 2 cars, our preference is for non-smokers.
